Vanguard Governor of The Year Award: UYLA Congratulates Oborevwori
The Urhobo Youth Leaders’ Association (UYLA) has congratulated the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on winning the Vanguard Newspaper’s Governor of the Year 2024 award for his commitment to good governance and impactful leadership.
