USPSMEC Congratulates Utuama, As Tribunal Dismisses Oyibokwifi’s Petition

The Leadership and entire members of Ughelli South PDP Social Media Community (USPSMEC) led by Comrade Edeamrigho Noah Aghogho Noah, has congratulated the member representing Ughelli South Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Festus Eseoghene Utuama, On his victory today at the tribunal Sitted in Asaba.

USPSMEC in their goodwill message signed and made available by her secretary , Amb Kennedy Ivwromonena Atevure, Described the Victory as a well deserved one, the people of Ughelli South Constituency voted massively for Utuama in the March 18, State of Assembly election in the local government.
