Urhobo Oil And Gas Palace Representatives Congratulate Ovie of Agbon At 75.

The Chairman of the Urhobo Oil and Gas Palace Representatives, a renowned philanthropist, Chief Wilson Ejeben, has, on behalf of members of the group, congratulated the Ovie of Agbon Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Ogurime-rime Ukori I, Michael Omeru, CON, on the occasion of his 75th birth anniversary celebrated today, September 28.
Chief Ejeben, in his goodwill message, described the Ovie as a highly revered monarch whose reign has been defined by peace, wisdom, and an unshakable commitment to the welfare of his people. He noted that since ascending the ancient throne of his forefathers, His Royal Majesty has continued to demonstrate exemplary leadership, fostering unity, progress, and the preservation of Urhobo cultural heritage.
According to him, the landmark celebration of the Ovie at 75 is not just a personal milestone but also a moment of pride and thanksgiving for the entire Agbon Kingdom and the Urhobo nation at large. He stressed that the monarch’s life and reign have been a blessing to his subjects, having attracted development, promoted peaceful coexistence, and upheld the cherished values of truth, fairness, and justice.
Chief Ejeben further commended the Ovie’s fatherly disposition and his role as a bridge builder whose wise counsel and royal interventions have resolved disputes and nurtured harmony within the Urhobo nation and beyond.
“On behalf of the Urhobo Oil and Gas Palace Representatives , I heartily felicitate with His Royal Majesty, Ogurime-rime Ukori I, on this remarkable occasion of his 75th birthday. Our prayer is that God Almighty continues to strengthen him with sound health, divine wisdom, and long life to steer the affairs of his people and the traditional institution,” Chief Ejeben stated.
