2. Now that the dry season is here. It brings hope to the people of Owahwa Island, as it signifies an opportune time to address the longstanding issue of inaccessibility. It has become an urgent undertaken while fully acknowledging the fact that the raining season will, once again, soon set in when nothing could be done.
3. The Otutuama-Esaba-Ophorigbala-Iwhre-ogun-Otitiri road is not merely a construction project; it is a lifeline for the residents, a pathway to progress, and a means to alleviate the burdensome conditions they have endured for far too long.
4. Your Excellency, the islanders yearn for your intervention to expedite the commencement and completion of this vital road project. Sir, with this projected fully completed by you and your administration, it will be the only viable and sustainable dividend of democracy in the Island since the era of PDP from 1999 till date.
