The member representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Engr. (Pst.) Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko, has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden passing of Hon. Victor Asasa, the immediate past Chairman of Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State.
In a statement personally signed by him, Ukodhiko described the late Asasa as “a good man in every sense of the word, humble, kind-hearted, and peace-loving.”
He noted that Hon. Asasa exemplified friendship, simplicity, and genuine leadership rooted in selfless service to others, adding that his demise is a painful and irreplaceable loss to the Isoko Nation and Delta State at large.
“Though his passing is painful, I urge the family and all who were close to him to take solace in the truth that every mortal must one day walk this inevitable path of fate,” the lawmaker said.
Ukodhiko, on behalf of his family and the hospitable people of Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, extended heartfelt condolences to the Asasa family of Aviara and the people of Isoko South LGA, praying that God grants the deceased eternal rest and gives his family the fortitude to bear the loss.
