Ukodhiko Calls for Speedy Execution of Federal Projects in Isoko

The Member representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, on Tuesday paid a strategic visit to the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Environment, Mahmud Adam Kambari, in Abuja, as part of efforts to accelerate development in his constituency.

The meeting, held at the Ministry’s headquarters, focused on strengthening collaboration to ensure the timely and effective execution of federal projects domiciled in the Ministry and located in Isoko land.

Describing the engagement as highly productive, Hon. Ukodhiko noted that the visit aligns with his commitment to delivering quality representation through legislative advocacy and strategic partnerships.

“Our discussion centred on how to attract more developmental projects to Isoko North and South Federal Constituency,” Ukodhiko said after the meeting.

“I also took the opportunity to emphasise the need for prompt and effective execution of ongoing projects under the Ministry’s supervision.”

He reaffirmed his determination to maintain constructive engagements with Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) in a bid to improve the living standards of his constituents and unlock new development opportunities.

“For me, it’s all about working tirelessly to bring more development to Isoko through legislation and meaningful engagement with relevant government institutions,” he stated.

“We will continue to collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure our people enjoy the full dividends of democracy.”

The lawmaker’s visit forms part of his broader strategy to strengthen institutional partnerships and ensure that Isoko Federal Constituency is not left behind in the implementation of federal development initiatives, especially those focused on environmental protection and sustainability.
