Stop attacking PAP Boss, Phase 1 Ex-Agitators’ Leaders warn BlackmailersBy Philip Onome

Leaders of the Phase One Ex-agitators of Niger Delta has strongly warned detractors against blackmailing and attacking the Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr Dennis Otuaro.
In a statement signed by the National Leader of the Ex-Agitators’ Leaders and Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Security, Chief Aroni Oputu, (aka Gen Aroni) the leaders condemned in its entirety the ongoing plot to discredit the performance of Dennis Otuaro.
The statement reads in parts; “We write to strongly condemn the ongoing attack by some people who where not even in the struggle, coming to discredit our dear PAP Coordinator for their selfish interest.
“Where were they when we were in the creeks fighting for resource control? where were they when we were in the forefront of the struggle? Now, they have come out from their shell to speak ill of a man who is performing more than other PAP bosses. These people calling for the removal of Dennis Otuaro are the fifth Columnists trying to give a bad impression on Dennis Otuaro at the presidency.
“We therefore, call on the presidency led by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu to ignore these fifth communists making false allegations against Dennis Otuaro. We want to say unequivocally that the PAP Boss is doing very well and he is carrying Everybody along. He has recorded a lot of achievements since assuming office”.
“Otuaro has brought the amnesty programme home to the Niger Delta people and indeed all stakeholders for sustainable peace, security and development of our region.
“As a matter of fact, various critical stakeholders have also commended him for the noble reforms that his leadership had engendered at the Presidential Amnesty Programme to make the programme more beneficial to all delegates and beneficiaries and our region”.
“We also applaud the Office of the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu; and President Bola Tinubu for their unwavering support for Dr Otuaro and the Presidential Amnesty Programme and urge them to continue to give the necessary support to Dr Dennis Otuaro to enable him achieve the Programme’s objectives,”
