Rose Tulu, Congratulates Otuaro On His Appointment As PAP Administrator

A Female Chairmanship Aspirant of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for Warri South West Local Government Council Position, Chief (Mrs.) Rose Tulu, has congratulated Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD, on his appointment as the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
In her congratulatory message, personally signed, Rose Tulu described Otuaro’s appointment as well deserved, saying that it is a square peg in a square hole.
The female chairmanship hopeful, stated that Chief Dennis Otuaro, had been in the forefront of true emancipation of the people of the Niger Delta.
Tulu thanked President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for the choice of a Niger Deltan (Otuaro) who is very grounded, and so much interested in the progress and development of the region.
She said; “We are so excited over the appointment of our own dear brother of the Ijaw nation by President Tinubu as the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
“We are confident that Chief Dennis Otuaro will bring his wealth of experience and technical know-how, to run the PAP office, revamp the Programme; and advance the realization of its founding purpose and vision”.
“We are confident that he will not disappoint Mr. President and Niger Deltans because we know he will deliver. We therefore, wish him all the best as he faces the task before him”. Rose Tulu stated.
She furher called for the support of every critical stakeholder in the region to join hands with the new Administrator to succeed, noting that he requires all the needed cooperation of the people to succeed in the onerous assignment.
