A Female Chairmanship Aspirant for Warri South West Local Government Council, Hon. Chief (Mrs) Rose Tulu, has congratulated wife of the Delta State Governor, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori on her 54th birth anniversary; just as she described her as a woman of substance.
In a goodwill message personally signed, Tulu commended Deaconess Oborevwori for supporting her husband in emerging the governor of Delta State.
She described Deaconess Oborevwori as a mother with the fear of God, and a woman of substance whose contributions to the society were enormous.
She said; “On behalf of my family, and the good people of Warri South West LGA, I congratulate Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori on the occasion of her 54th birth anniversary.
“Her Excellency’s philanthropic gestures have helped to build more hope and motivations for the Ijaws and the entire Deltans.”
