Oyibode Expresses Gratitude To Udu People, Deltans Over Birthday Felicitations.

The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun(Hon.), Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP FCIA has expressed heartfelt appreciation to the people of Udu Kingdom, Deltans, and friends across the globe for the overwhelming goodwill and show of love that marked his birth anniversary celebration on Friday, February 6, 2026.

Oyibode who described the outpouring of affection as humbling and deeply touching, said he was overwhelmed by the avalanche of birthday messages, goodwill wishes, and prayers received through text messages and various social media platforms.

In his words, the Udu Council Chairman prayed that all those who celebrated him would in turn be celebrated in like manner, noting that the love shown to him was a reflection of the collective bond and unity shared among the people.

He specifically extended his appreciation to his political appointees, associates, and well-wishers who marked the occasion on his behalf through a humanitarian outreach at the Ofonyeno Special Home for People with Special Needs located at Oputu Layout, Orhuwhorun, describing the gesture as thoughtful and in line with his administration’s people-centred philosophy.

According to Oyibode who is also a Professor in Practice in Local Government Administration at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, he is still basking in the euphoria of the love and goodwill displayed during the celebration.

Reaffirming his commitment to purposeful leadership, the council boss vowed to remain steadfast in fulfilling the campaign promises made to the good people of Udu Kingdom, stressing that the confidence and support reposed in him would continue to serve as motivation to deliver inclusive governance and sustainable development across the local government areas.
