OMO Foundation Celebrates 5 Years Anniversary of Impactful Humanitarian Service

It was an eventful day in Koko community, as the founder of OMO Foundation, Dr Oritsegbegbemi Maurice Ojoede, marked its 5th anniversary of impactful humanitarian service.
The occasion, graced by top government officials, political party leaders, business associates, and humanitarian experts, celebrated a significant milestone in OMO Foundation’s journey of serving humanity and the society.
OMO Foundation has been a very consistent, faithful, reliable and dedicated non- governmental organisation (NGO) that kick-started five years ago. In years of great partnership and collaboration, OMO Foundation has been midwifery communities based support programs, social welfares, youth and women empowerment initiatives and human capital development schemes.
Over the years, OMO Foundation has recorded tremendous progress and success, which has earned its brand both national and international recognitions and accolades for its unwavering commitment and support to humanity and the society.
To celebrate a remarkable 5 years anniversary today Friday Nov. 22nd, Hon Oritsegbegbemi Maurice Ojoede, had the honor to have the presence of the Delta State PDP Chairman, Hon Chief Solomon Areyenka JP, who commissioned one of the borehole projects in Koko, Warri North LGA.
In the same development, the Chairman, Warri North LGA, Hon Festus Ashima, who also commissioned one of the laudable water borehole project commended Hon Dr Oritsegbegbemi Maurice Ojoede, founder OMO Foundation, for his outstanding community service and humanitarian impacts to our people.
Also, the Honourable Commissioner for Youths Development Hon Barr Harry ThankGod as well commissioned another water borehole project to mark the milestone achievements of OMO Foundation of 5 years service to humanity and the society.
He however thanked and commended Dr Oritsegbegbemi Ojoede, adding that as a young man, he has demonstrated strong leadership commitment, impacting humanity and contributing to the community’s peace and development .
The anniversary also highlighted various milestone achievements of OMO Foundation over the years, some of which are; access to Education for Children, including emergency programs to vulnerable children from exploitation and abuse.
Also the provision of portable drinking water system, sustainable environmental sanitation and hygiene, distribution of free sanitary pads to our young girls (15-20 years of age) and provision of free medical care and vaccination programs.
On its impactful humanitarian services over the years, OMO Foundation has positively impacted 10,000 lives, 50 clean drinking water systems in Koko community, 5,000 beneficiaries of food items distribution and agricultural support to ensure access to adequate food security and payment of scholarship to indigent students.
The anniversary is to celebrate with all especially community beneficiaries and intended indigenes for God’s grace and mercies, God’s provision of resources and encouragement over the years of excellent service to humanity and the society.
