Omavuaye Commends Oborevwori over Infrastructural Devt in Delta State

The President General of Otokutu Community and a Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Otokutu Community, Chief Peter Omavuaye Police, has commended the Delta State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori over the huge step to approve the construction of 3 flyovers and pedestrian bridges as well as linked roads in Warri and its environs.

Speaking to news correspondent in UDU local government area, Chief Peter Omavuaye said Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has demonstred unequivocal leadership prowess within the six months in office to change Warri and its environs to a modern city.

As a committed and steadfast community titled Chief and a a dedicated party leader, I have confidence and trust in the administration of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori in fulfilling the MORE Agenda goals to Deltans.

Surprisedly, within the six months in office, the hardworking and trusted Governor, of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, has done unimaginable by first, completing all immediate past Governor’s projects and initiated new ones across the state.

Some of which are, the completion of the 3 State owned tertiary institutions project, the Kwale Industrial Park, the 500km Orere bridge, Kwale bridge, all rural and highway roads, 3 mega flyovers and pedestrian bridges as well as linked roads in Warri and its environs.

Also the the payment of pensioners, employment of 2500 primary school teachers, payment of our widows across the state, payment of grants to qualified business owners in the state and recently approved the payment of students assistant scheme (bursary) to all Delta State Students in Nigeria.

According to him, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is well prepared and ready to do more for all Deltans, noting that with his leadership style, wisdom and courage, he’ll perform effectively and succeed as Governor of Delta State.

“I want to assure Deltans that our indefinable and MORE Agenda Governor, Chief Sheriff Oborevwori will consolidate on the existing foundation of peace, progress and development laid by his predessors to advance Delta, he said.

In his appointments made so far, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has demonstred a rare character and competence, where the majority of his appointees are youths and women inclusive, and it shows that he’s a youth friendly Governor.

In the above assertions, I have a total confidence and trust in the administration of His Excellency, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, that it will transform Delta State to an enviable heights, and Deltans will be happy at the end of his first tenure, Omavuaye added.
