NYCN Delta Chairman, Sagboje Hails Supporters, Welcomes Nigerians To 2026
The Delta State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) and Deputy National Secretary, Forum of State Chairmen, Amb. Sagboje Odiri Milton, CLN, has expressed profound gratitude to leaders, stakeholders, and well-meaning Nigerians for their unwavering support throughout the year 2025, describing their contributions as instrumental to the success of youth inclusion and development initiatives across the state.
In a New Year goodwill message made available to journalists, Amb. Milton acknowledged the guidance, love, and commitment of partners and supporters whose efforts, he said, strengthened humanity, inspired hope, and deepened the impact of the Council’s programmes among young people.
According to him, the collective sacrifices and counsel received in 2025 played a significant role in advancing the NYCN Delta State’s youth inclusion drive, fostering unity, empowerment, and purposeful engagement among youths in the state.
“As we cross the threshold into this New Year, may 2026 usher in infinite possibilities, the full restoration of God’s goodness, and a renewed awakening to a better, stronger, and more fulfilling future for you and your household,” the NYCN Delta Chairman stated.
Amb. Milton, speaking on behalf of the leadership and members of the Council, welcomed all stakeholders to the year 2026, describing it as a season of “Glorious Testimonies,” while reaffirming NYCN’s commitment to promoting youth participation in governance, peacebuilding, and sustainable development.
He further assured that the Council would continue to collaborate with government, private sector players, and community leaders to create more opportunities for youths and consolidate the gains recorded in previous years.
The message concluded with a call for renewed hope, unity, and collective responsibility as Delta State youths embrace the opportunities and challenges of the New Year.
