Kpomah Felicitates With Oguma On His Birthday Anniversary Hails His Political Sagacity.
The Chairman of the Udu Communities Youth Leaders Forum (UCYLF) and Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Youth Mobilization, Deacon Kelvin Kpomah, has extended warm felicitations to a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, Olorogun John Oguma, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary, today, February 3, 2026.
