Delta Governor, Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, has expressed sadness on the passing of renowned technocrat, politician and former member of the State Executive Council, Chief Kenneth Okpara. Okpara reportedly died on Friday at a Warri hospital. He was 60.
