In Two Years, Oborevwori Has Changed the Delta Narrative — Ukodhiko

The member representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko has lauded Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for the unprecedented improvement in the infrastructural development in the last two year in office.

He gave the commendation on Thursday, May 29, 2025, when he addressed journalists on the sidelines of activities marking the second anniversary of Oborevwori in office.

Ukodhiko said that, “Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has displayed astute administrative competence and is seamlessly piloting the affairs of Delta State, to the admiration of all and sundry which has made frontline media houses to bestow upon him “Governor of the Year” awards.

“On infrastructure, the administration of Governor Oborevwori has invested massively in the construction of roads and bridges across the state.”

He stated that the proposed commissioning of over 42 roads in the coming days to mark the 2nd anniversary speaks volume and called on stakeholders across the various federal constituencies to rally round the governor and support his more agenda.

The rep member said “Just as I noted last year, we can proudly say that Governor Oborevworis administration has raised the stakes in all ramifications. It is in order to say that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori is a focused and visionary leader with a strong sense of fairness and inclusivity.

Hon. Ukodhiko assured that Isoko Federal constituency under his watch will continually align with the RENEWED HOPE FOR MORE agenda and create a peaceful and enabling environment to compliment the Governor’s efforts.

“Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has made Deltans key more into a people oriented system. Therefore, we in Isoko-nation must support the more agenda”, he added.

He stated that Isoko people will continually remain grateful to the Oborevwori led administration and thanked the governor for the Enevor/Orogun road phase 1 and 2,. Olomoro-Igbide bridge and road, Okpolo Enwhe Uwheru road and bridge, transformation of the Ughelli-Asaba expressway and many projects too numerous to mention.

Hon. Ukodhiko also thanked all political appointees from Isoko Federal constituency for their support and urged for greater unity among them.
