“I’m Overwhelmed with Gratitude,” Says Asiuwhu As He Thanks Well-Wishers

The Chairman of the Delta State Taskforce on Environment, Hon. Chief Godspower Omafuvwe Asiuwhu JP, has expressed deep appreciation to friends, family members, political associates, and well-wishers who celebrated him on his birthday, which took place on Wednesday, 23rd October.

In a heartfelt message, Chief Asiuwhu said he was overwhelmed with gratitude for the outpouring of love, prayers, and goodwill messages he received from various quarters. According to him, the numerous calls, posts, messages, and visits made his birthday an unforgettable experience.

“I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for all the love and wishes I received on my birthday yesterday. Thank you to everyone who made my day so special. To all my amazing leaders, friends, colleagues, allies, groups, societies, associations, and family who celebrated me, I’m so thankful for your love and support. You all mean the world to me,” he said.

Chief Asiuwhu described himself as “deeply blessed to have such wonderful people” in his life, noting that their kind words and thoughtful gestures made his birthday celebration truly memorable.

He added,

“I’m still smiling from all the love and joy I received. I couldn’t even sleep throughout the night. Your birthday wishes and gifts were the icing on the cake, but it’s your love and support that mean the most to me. Thank you for being part of my special day.”

The environmental taskforce chairman also extended special appreciation to his beloved wife and children, acknowledging their unwavering love and encouragement.

“To my amazing and wonderful wife, your support means more to me than words could express. My kind children are not left out — I know you will definitely make us proud,” he added.

Chief Asiuwhu concluded by praying for God’s continuous blessings upon everyone who celebrated him, saying,

“Again, God bless you all, as I pray that celebration will never depart from your lives.”
