Ejeben Saves The Life Of Mother of Three; Sponsors Her Mouth Tumour surgery.
By Henry Ubus
In his usual fashion, double Chief Willson Brume Ejeben has put a smile on the face of Mrs. Onoriode Kevwe and her family by paying for her medical surgery.
31-year-old Onoriode Kevwe, who hails from Ewu Town Ughelli South and Enwhe Isoko South, both of Delta State, a mother of three, is a petty trader who sells cellophane. She has been suffering from a mouth tumour, medically known as Ameloblastoma. However, through the compassion and magnanimity of Double Chief Willson Brume Ejeben, her tumour was successfully operated on recently.
Speaking with Wilson Ejeben Foundation media crew earlier today, Thursday 04/11/21, at the hospital where the surgery was carried out, elder sister to Onoriode, Mrs. Mary Koko, who could not hide her joy, revealed that for the past four years, her sister has passed through hell and shame, but God, in His infinite mercy sent Double Chief Willson Ejeben to salvage the ugly situation.
On her part, the lead Surgeon, Dr. Mrs. Enakpodia Anighoro, who thanked Double Chief Willson Ejeben for his magnanimity, said that the operation, which was one in two and titled: SUBTOTAL MANDIBULECTOMY (with immediate Reconstruction using Reconstruction plate and screws), lasted for 8 hours and had a team of a diastatic unit surgeon, doctors, nurses, etc. Dr. Mrs. Enakpodia called on well-meaning Nigerians to emulate the founder of Wilson Ejeben Foundation.
The Isio of Udu and Bobaselu of Ugbo Kingdom was filled with joy on hearing about the successful operation. Speaking via the phone from Port Harcourt, said his Foundation will continue to save souls and add value to humanity because God loves a cheerful giver.
It would be recalled that Double Chief Ejeben sited the gory face of Mrs. Onoriode Kevwe on the 22nd day of May 2021 when he came for the 24th remembrance of his beloved mother at Aladja, and was touched to put a smile on her face.
Mrs. Onoriode Kevwe is currently at the recovery unit of the hospital, and will be discharged in a week time.
