Egbine Consecrated And Enthroned As Bishop of Freedom Gospel Mission Aladja Amidst Funfare.

Aladja Community in Udu Local Government area of Delta State was agog yesterday Sunday 04/09/22 as Reverend Robert Omafuvwefe Egbine was Consecrated and Enthroned as Bishop of Freedom Gospel Church Aladja by His Eminence, Archbishop Professor, Solomon O. Gbakara, Primate Organisation of Restored Covenant Bishops and Ministers,( ORCBM) amidst funfare.

Preaching on the topic titled: Ebenezer with scriptural reading from 1 Samuel 7:7 – 14 , Archbishop Gbakara revealed that Ark of the Covenant was taken from Israel as a result of their sin. Speaking further, Archbishop Gbakara while stressing that “Ebenezer” means The Lord is my helper, reiterated that after Samuel sacrificed a lamb, and offered it for a burnt offering wholly unto the Lord, God heard him and the cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, And there was peace between Israel and the Amorites. The man of God succinctly posited that the importance of sacrifice cannot be overemphasized in the Christendom.

Bishop Robert Omafuvwefe Egbine born on the 12th of April 1977 to the families of late Mr. Egbine of Oviri and Ekreghare Quarters of Aladja and Late Mrs. Titi Mary Egbine of Egbo- Ideh in Ughelli South Local Government area of Delta State, accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Saviour on 18th July 1999 and was baptised by immersion through St. Blessing Dudu( Founder Freedom Gospel Church) of blessed memory. He became a Sunday School Teacher in year 2000 and thereafter ordained as a Deacon in 2002 and subsequently ordained as an Assistant Pastor by the founder in 2005. October 2010 he was Ordained as Senior Pastor by his Eminence Archbishop Dr. Goddowell Avwomakpa to take lead of the Church after the founder transited to glory. Bishop Egbine a graduate of College of Education Warri and Southgate Institute Warri has Basic Certificate in Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI). He was ordained as a Reverend on September 20th, 2022 before being elevated as Bishop Elect by (ORCBM) State Chairman His Eminence, Primate Dr. Moses Eyovwerhuvwun on 6th of December 2020. Bishop Egbine his happily married to Reverend Mrs. Vera and they are blessed with Children.

Present at the ceremony were cream of Bishops within and outside Delta State, Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council represented by Hon. Agberia Oghoifo, Mr Shell Okakutu President of Aladja Community, Pa. Figbele Oghuvwie of Aladja Community, Aladja Welfare Movement, Ministers of the gospel, Friends and well wishers among others.
