Education First: Emadadja Secretary Osiobe Distributes Free JAMB Forms To Indigent Students.
The Secretary General of Emadadja Community and Treasurer of the Union of Udu Communities (UUC), Comrade Okoro Emmanuel Osiobe, has provided free registration forms of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to ten indigent students of the community as part of efforts to promote access to higher education.
Presenting the forms to the beneficiaries on February 16, 2026, Comrade Osiobe said the initiative was designed to motivate young people in the community to pursue academic excellence and remain focused on their educational aspirations.
According to him, the gesture aims to inspire the students to work diligently toward achieving success in their chosen careers. He urged them to prepare thoroughly for the examination to secure high scores that would enhance their chances of gaining admission into tertiary institutions.
He further emphasized the importance of university education, describing it as a critical pathway to personal growth and societal development. Osiobe advised the beneficiaries to cultivate discipline, maintain positive attitudes, and associate with individuals who would influence them constructively throughout their academic journey.
Speaking on the broader impact of education, he noted that it remains a powerful transformational tool capable of shaping a brighter future. He encouraged the students to avoid distractions that could hinder their academic progress and assured them that various scholarship and support schemes would be available to assist them financially once they gain admission.
The initiative has been widely commended within the community as a significant step toward empowering young people and strengthening educational advancement in Emadadja.
