DTSG Issues Final Quit Notice to Illegal Occupants of Government Property
Today, 2nd of June 2025, the Delta State Taskforce on Environment led Chief Godspower Omafuvwe Asiuwhu JP, gave stern a warning to those illegally occupying the Delta State Urban Water Board Headquarters office, Asaba, to adhere to the state directives of the quit notice issued them within the stipulated ultimatum duration.
Chief Asiuwhu, gave the above instructions on behalf the state’s government when paid a working visit to the government premises.
Speaking, he reiterated government commitment to environmental safety and cleanliness of our environment.
The Chairman, seriously frown at the non-compliance to earlier quit notices issued by both Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency, Asaba and Urban Water Board Office Asaba, running above seven months.
Chief Asiuwhu, said that the government any purposeful government will condone any act of lawlessness and violations from its citizens.
Thus, he handed down a 24 hours ultimatum notice to quit the aforementioned premises
