Delta LG Polls: PDP Will Emerge Victorious In Isoko Come July 13 – Ukodhiko

Member representing Isoko Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko has expressed confidence that the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) would win overwhelmingly Delta State Local Government Area elections in Isoko-nation slated for July 13.

The House of Representatives member made the declaration on Wednesday during the party’s flag-off ceremonies of campaigns in Isoko-nation and the presentations of party’s flags to the chairmanship candidates, Prince Godwin Ogorugba for Isoko North and Hon. Warri Friday for Isoko South by the PDP State Chairman, Barr. Kingsley Esiso.

The PDP campaign Flag-off ceremonies held in Ozoro and Oleh drew mammoth crowd including frontline leaders of the PDP in Isoko including the Chief of Staff to the State Governor, Prince Johnson Erijo, members of the State House of Assembly, Hons. Bernard Odior, Ferguson Onwo and Bino Owhede.

Others present were the Executive Director of Finance and Administration, DESOPADEC, Chief Kome Okpobor, State Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Chief Obiodeh Emamusi, former MD, DESOPADEC, Executive Director, Legal Affairs, Board of Internal Revenue, Hon. Orezi Esievo among others

In his remark at the rallies, Hon. Ukodhiko stated that, Isoko ethnicity has always been supportive to and known for voting the Peoples Democratic Party in all elections.

The Isoko Federal Lawmaker thus assured, the Isoko people would once again come out en-masse to vote all chairmanship and councilorship candidates of the PDP.

In his words, “Come on the 13th of July, 2024, the PDP will deliver victoriously the Chairmanship and the forty councilorship candidates of the party, in the Delta State Local Government Election in Isoko.

“As we all know, Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori has done a lot for Isoko-nation through infrastructural and human capital development, and his excellent performance in office has made it easy for the party to win. So, it will be a smooth sail of the PDP in the election.

Earlier, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko welcomed the State Chairman of the party, Olorogun Esiso, the Deputy State Chairman, Chief Val Arenyeka, State Secretary, Engr. Dan Osai, and other State Executive members and leaders of the party to Isoko.
