Udu, Delta State – In a show of solidarity and support, Comrade David Eterhi Henry, the Councillorship candidate for Udu DSIEC Ward 5, has handed over an array of campaign materials worth thousands of naira to Olorogun Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chairmanship Candidate for Udu Local Government Area. The handover ceremony, which took place yesterday, included items such as face caps and T-shirts, all designed to bolster the campaign efforts of Olorogun Oyibode.

Comrade Henry expressed his confidence in Oyibode’s leadership, citing his widespread acceptance across Udu as a testament to his role as a unifier with a clear mission and vision for elevating the Udu Kingdom. “Olorogun Oyibode’s wide acceptability in Udu shows that he is a unifier whose mission and vision is to take Udu Kingdom to greater heights,” said Comrade Henry during the handover.

An elated Olorogun Oyibode received the materials with gratitude, acknowledging the significant support from Comrade Henry. He thanked Henry for his unwavering dedication to the People’s Democratic Party and offered prayers for God’s blessings upon him. “I am deeply thankful for this support. It reflects our collective commitment to the progress of Udu,” Oyibode stated.

In his remarks, Oyibode promised to bring sustainable development to Udu if elected in the upcoming July 13th Local Government Council elections. He outlined his vision for Udu, emphasizing the importance of unity, progress, and development. “By the special grace of God, if I emerge victorious, I pledge to bring sustainable development to our community. Together, we can build a stronger, more prosperous Udu,” he asserted.
