Sixteen indigent Delta pupils have been offered scholarship in commemoration of the 74th birth anniversary of Deaconess Mrs Cecilia Odogbor. Mrs Odogbor, is mother of Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Mass Mobilization, Pst Dr Vincent Udume Odogbor.
