The Delta State Council of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) led by Comr. Sagboje Odiri Milton, CLN has joined well-meaning Deltans and Nigerians in celebrating the birthday of the Chairman, Delta State Board of Internal Revenue Service (DSBIR), Chief Solomon Ighrakpata, describing him as a patriotic leader, consummate public servant, and a steadfast partner in youth development.

In a goodwill message from the Office of the State Chairman , the youth body extolled Chief Ighrakpata’s outstanding record of public service, administrative excellence, and his legacy support for the youth constituency in Delta State.
According to the statement, Chief Ighrakpata has demonstrated exceptional leadership and fiscal prudence in steering the affairs of the DSBIR, contributing immensely to the revenue growth of the state and the successful implementation of the M.O.R.E. Agenda of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State.

Comr. Sagboje noted that Chief Ighrakpata’s visionary leadership and people-oriented disposition have continued to inspire a new generation of youths to embrace discipline, diligence, and excellence in service to the state. He further acknowledged the chief Ighrakpata’s consistent advocacy for youth inclusiveness in governance and his willingness to support innovative youth driven initiatives.
