Ayoma Applauds Ejeben for His Numerous Projects and Human Capital Empowerment Across U3 Federal Constituency

A prominent Urhobo leader and respected community elder, Chief Freeborn Ayoma, has heaped praise on the CEO of the Ejeben Foundation, Multiple Chief Wilson Brume Ejeben, for his numerous developmental projects and consistent capital empowerment initiatives across the Udu/Ughelli North/Ughelli South (U3) Federal Constituency.

Chief Ayoma, a former President-General and current Otota of Iwhrekreka Community, as well as the former Secretary of the Uhurie Sub-Clan and Deputy Director at the Okobaro Royal Palace, Ughievwen Kingdom, described Chief Ejeben’s contributions as selfless and exemplary, especially given that he is not affiliated with any political party.

In a goodwill message, Ayoma expressed personal gratitude to Chief Ejeben for singlehandedly maintaining the popular Udu Bridge handrails for over six years — a critical infrastructure that connects major parts of the U3 axis. He remarked that such dedication to public welfare without seeking political reward or recognition is rare.

“Chief Wilson Ejeben’s kind gestures remind me of the philanthropic legacy of Dr. Hillary from Delta North. This is a man whose heart is full of service, not ambition,” Ayoma said.

He urged other prominent business figures in Urhoboland and beyond to emulate Chief Ejeben by investing in projects and human capital development programmes that will uplift the lives of the people.

Reacting to recent speculations that Chief Ejeben may be eyeing a political office, especially the U3 Federal House of Representatives seat, Chief Ayoma dismissed the rumours, stating categorically that Chief Ejeben is not contesting any elective political office.

“I want to clarify that Chief Ejeben is not in the race for any elected position. But let’s be honest — many of those in political office today have not done a fraction of what Chief Ejeben has done for our people,” Ayoma noted.

The revered Urhobo chief concluded his message by calling on Chief Ejeben to continue his humanitarian and developmental strides, emphasizing that history will always remember men who build, empower, and uplift others without waiting for political endorsement.
