In a recent address to the press in Udu, Chief Ede, who also serves as the president of the National Coalition of Private School Owners of Nigeria, praised Oyibode for his outstanding service as the former Commissioner for Oil and Gas in Delta State. During his tenure, Oyibode was recognized with an award of excellence from APSON for his significant contributions and dedication.
Chief Ede expressed strong confidence in Oyibode’s ability to lead Udu Local Government towards a future of growth and development. He highlighted Oyibode’s capacity to initiate and complete laudable projects that will address the pressing needs of the Udu community. “Olorogun Oyibode has the vision and the experience to implement projects that will greatly benefit our people,” Ede stated.
Furthermore, Chief Ede called on opposition parties to support Oyibode, emphasizing his qualities as a unifier and his impressive track record as a former Commissioner for the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC). “His achievements as a DESOPADEC Commissioner are unprecedented, and his ability to bring people together is exactly what Udu needs at this time,” Ede added.
