Appeal Court Judgement Excites Onyeme

The Delta State PDP Deputy Governorship Candidate Sir Monday Onyeme has demonstrated happiness over the victory sustained by his Principal, the Delta PDP Gubernatorial Candidate Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori at the Appeal Court  Yesterday.

It could  be recalled that the Federal High Court had earlier given judgement, disqualifying Rt. Hon. Oborevwori from contesting the 2023 Delta state Governorship election on account of the alleged discrepancies in his documents, but the case was appealed and Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has been confirmed as the Delta PDP Gubernatorial candidate for the 2023 election by the Appeal Court.

Speaking Yesterday in Asaba,  Onyeme described the Appeal Court Victory as a victory for all Deltans adding that the victory is dedicated to the Almighty God who has made the appellant Court to  set aside the ruling of the Federal High Court, hence, reaffirming Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori  as the substantive Delta PDP Gubernatorial candidate for the 2023 election.

He appealed to Party leaders, faithfuls who in one way or the other  aggrieved over the outcome of the Appeal Court ruling to join hands with the Delta PDP Gubernatorial Candidate Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori to achieve the M.O.R.E Agenda geared towards Advancing Delta. 

 “let me Specially Congratulate the Delta PDP Gubernatorial Candidate Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori over the applaudable ruling at the Appeal Court and i must not also fail to Congratulate myself (Monday Onyeme) and the Delta State People’s Democratic Party PDP”  Onyeme said.

He thanked the good people of Delta State, Party Faithfuls and supporters who had been waiting for the outcome of this judgement noting that the victory is dedicated to the Almighty God and the good people of Delta State reassuring them of Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori’s commitment to deliver good governance to the People
