Aghwana Avenue In Darkness: Appeals for Urgent Transformer Supply.
Residents of Aghwana Avenue, Abraka in Ethiope East Local Government Area, Delta State, have been facing a tough time with a faulty transformer leaving them in darkness for over four months now. Despite inquiring with the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) PLC officials in Abraka, there is no renewed hope of replacement soon.
This is to appeal to the Delta State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori; the Senator Representing Delta Central Senatorial District at National Assembly, Sen Ede Dafinone; Member Representing Ethiope Federal Constituency, Hon Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu; the Deputy Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Barr Arthur Akpowowo; and Executive Chairman of Ethiope East Local Government Council, Chief Augustine Usinefe Ogedegbe to kindly consider Aghwana Avenue in replacing the obsolete transformer in the area to address the electricity challenges.
The authorities and Abraka Community leaders should please expedite the lobby effort for the replacement of the faulty transformer to restore electricity supply to the residents.
