A Towering Life of Impact”: Ukodhiko Pays Tribute to Late Chief Dr. S.P. Ukuevo
Dearly beloved members of the Ukuevo family,
It is with a heavy heart I write to extend my deepest condolences to you all over the passing of your beloved patriarch and community leader, Chief Dr. S.P. Ukuevo.
Chief Okuevo was a man of towering and immense stature, integrity, and known for his philanthropic gestures during his earthly journey.
Father Abraham, as he was fondly called by many because of his spirit of giving and caring, left an indelible mark on the lives of countless individuals and in Otor-Igho community and environs.
His remarkable life journey, from his early days at Hussey College Warri to his celebrated career as a textile engineer, is an attestation to his brilliance, hard work, and dedication.
His numerous philanthropic endeavors earned him an honorary doctorate degree from Cornerstone University, Israel, a fitting recognition of his commitment to making a positive impact not just in his family but all over.
Chief Ukuevo’s life was a shining example of honesty, hard work, and dedication. His love for children and his generosity towards those around him inspired many. The innumerable lives he touched will forever cherish his memory.
As we mourn his passing, we take comfort in the knowledge that his legacy will live on through the lives he shaped and the family he leaves behind.
May God grant Papa’s children, his family and the entire Otor-Igho community the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss and the comfort to navigate the difficult time that will be occasioned by Papa’s demise.
May the soul of Chief Dr. S.P. Ukuevo rest in perfect peace while praying his memory continue to inspire us all.
Sincerely,
Hon. Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko
