Ughelli-South United Forum Inaugurates Ward Executives and Coordinators*Canvasses Support for Oborevwori 2027 re-Election Bid.

Today marked a very significant event in the history of UGHELLI-SOUTH PDP history with the official inauguration of Jeremi Ward 1 & 2 executives and coordinators of UGHELLI-SOUTH UNITED FORUM (USUF) under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The chairman of the forum Olorogun Godwin Okporoko while addressing party faithfuls emphasized that for the PDP to truly flourish, personal ambitions must take a backseat in favour of the collective good. He articulated that our party’s strength lies in our unity and shared commitment to solidifying our foundation as we work toward a brighter future for Ughelli-South.

He said, “The political forum is pushing towards making sure that those who worked for the PDP benefits, by so doing, they will be motivated to work more for the party viz-a-viz for the unity of the party.

The Forum is working for the success of PDP and for the reelection of our workaholic Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori come 2027 – Okporoko added

The Chairman of the Forum, Olorogun Godwin Okporoko while inaugurating the ward executives and coordinators in Jeremi ward 1 and 2, expressed implicit confidence and satisfaction on the capacity of the ward executives witnessed on ground.

He said, I know you all as grassroot political mobilizers and I urge all of you to spread the gospel of the PDP, Governor Sheriff and Ughelli South United Forum.

The organizing Secretary of the forum and who is the immediate past Chairman of Ughelli-South PDP, Hon. Michael Oshetigho while addressing party faithfuls and the ward executives and coordinator said that the Ughelli-South United Forum is working for our collective good and we must all pledge that we will all be committed to ensure we support our governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori come 2027 and PDP in general to a victorious election.

A member of the forum representing Jeremi ward 1, Comr. Okoh Ezekiel Oghenetega PhD said that the Ughelli-South United Forum will serve as a conduit in promoting our core values and enhancing our capacity to serve the Ughelli-South people who are the work force effectively. As we embark on this journey, it is essential that we prioritize the common good over individual interests which is the goal of the forum.

Hon Oghenegueke Michael a member of the forum from Jeremi ward II while addressing the crowed in Otughiewen said, we are committed to ensuring that the PDP remains a strong and united force, dedicated to addressing the needs of our people and driving Ughelli-South forward. Let us move forward with determination and a renewed sense of purpose as we work hand in hand for the betterment of our Ughelli-South.

Hon. Oteri Homes Aka Ghana Bar who is also a member of the Local Government Executive from Jeremi ward II assured that the Ughelli-South United Forum with the calibre of its members will vigorously mobilize Ughelli-Southerners to actualize its goals and to reach out to those that work for the success of the party in the grassroot.
