Unified DESOPADEC Ladies Celebrate Hon. Vincent Oyibode At 50

The Unified DESOPADEC Ladies extend their heartfelt congratulations to their esteemed patron, Olorogun (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP FCIA, the Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, on the joyous occasion of his 50th birthday.
