Undergoing PSLC Course 49 in Strategic Modules, Policy Strategy, Leadership, and Governance

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Not Too Young to Lead Initiative, Mr Elvis Obas Akpobi has stepped up his vision of becoming a world leader whose dream is to amplify youth voices in becoming part of governance in Africa.
For this burning desire to drive through his passion, he got in empowering young Africans to be involved in the electoral process and develop high leadership skills, Delta State born Elvis was inducted into the National Institute for Policy and Strategy Studies (NIPSS) to shore up his call to good governance by becoming an excellent leader.
Elvis, an environmental management expert is currently taking modules on Strategy, Policy, Governance, and Leadership on the NIPSS’ Short Course of Policy Strategy Leadership Course (PSLC).
Young Elvis is among the forty-three participants who are middle and senior cadre executives cutting across all fields of endeavors receiving thorough coaching by world-rating standard scholars who are mostly university dons.
Course forty-nine of the NIPSS’ Short course was designed to awaken the leadership zeal, passion, and policy formation and birth out people like Elvis as policy managers, formulators, and Strategist, at the end implementing sound policies in the interest of the Nigerian masses is the expected takeaways for all participants.
Elvis who is currently running a PhD in Environmental Management and Toxicology is expected to have an executive certificate in Policy Strategy and Leadership course from the Nigerian-only Institute of Policy in Kuru, Jos founded in 1977 which will make him a better leader in few weeks time.
Elvis who attended the Federal University of Petroleum Efurun, is an aclaimed achiever with high leadership potentials, having been to many countries around the world as a lead delegate.
Elvis was appointed Nigerian Ambassador to the Young leadership Political School Africa (Liberia) the NIPSS’ PSLC Course will no doubt, make him a twenty-first century leader with a zeal to serve humanity.
