Ejeben Bags Niger Delta Advancement Award, Dedicates Honour to Humanity.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Wilson Ejeben Foundation and Chairman of Urhobo Palace Representatives on Oil and Gas, Chief Wilson Brume Ejeben has been honoured with the prestigious Niger Delta Advancement Award in recognition of his outstanding humanitarian services and commitment to community development across the Niger Delta region.
Chief Ejeben received the award, which is tagged “Beacon of Hope,” for his remarkable contributions to humanity through his foundation which has continued to impact lives positively through various philanthropic and empowerment initiatives.
Presenting the award, the organizers of the Niger Delta Advancement Awards described Chief Ejeben as a compassionate leader and a rare personality whose magnanimity and dedication to uplifting the less privileged have made him a symbol of hope and inspiration to many.
They noted that through the Wilson Ejeben Foundation he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to touching lives, supporting vulnerable members of society and promoting sustainable development within communities.
While receiving the honour, Chief Ejeben expressed profound gratitude to the organizers for finding him worthy of the recognition.
“I am truly honored and humbled to receive this award. I want to sincerely thank the organizers and everyone who considered me worthy of this recognition,” he said.
He emphasized that the award goes beyond personal recognition, noting that it represents the collective efforts of those who have supported and worked with him over the years.
“This award is not just about me. It represents the efforts of all the people who have supported, encouraged, and worked alongside me. To my family, friends, and colleagues, your support, guidance, and belief in me have been immeasurable,” he added.
Chief Ejeben also acknowledged the community and the people who have benefited from the foundation’s activities, describing them as the true inspiration behind his humanitarian efforts.
“I also want to acknowledge the community and the people we serve. They are the real inspiration behind everything we do. This recognition reminds me that our good works are seen and appreciated and that together, we can continue to make a positive difference,” he said.
According to him the recognition will further motivate him to continue serving humanity with renewed dedication.
“Receiving this award today is not the end of the journey; rather, it is a motivation to keep doing more, to keep serving, and to keep striving for excellence. Once again, thanks for this great honor and I dedicate it to everyone who has been part of this journey,” he stated.
