The Vice President of Ukpiovwin Community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, Deacon Godwin Kogba, has congratulated Chief Emma Eyakagba, Executive Assistant to the Delta State Governor on the occasion of his birth anniversary celebrated today, Thursday, February 19, 2026.
