NULGE Commends Udu LG Chairman for Staff Welfare and Mentorship on Birthday

The Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Udu Local Government Chapter, Comrade Mathew Aghoghophia Emuejevwe, has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP FCIA, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

Comrade Emuejevwe, speaking on behalf of all staff of the Udu Local Government Council, expressed profound appreciation to the council boss for his unflinching commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of workers. He noted that the Chairman’s people-centred leadership style has continued to inspire confidence, motivation, and renewed dedication among council employees.

The NULGE Chairman particularly commended the Udu Council Boss, Oyibode for his mentorship role and regular engagements with staff through the council’s daily chapel sessions, describing the initiative as impactful and transformative. According to him, the moral guidance and leadership talks have helped to reshape the mindset of staff, promote discipline, and foster unity within the council workforce.

Describing the Udu Council Chairman as an embodiment of knowledge and humility, Comrade Emuejevwe referred to him as a true partner in progress whose leadership philosophy is anchored on inclusiveness, accountability, and service to the people.

He further wished Olorogun Oyibode long life, good health, and continued prosperity, expressing confidence in his avowed determination to change the narrative of local government administration and deliver sustainable development to the people of Udu Local Government Area.
