56 Years of Grace: Oyibode Celebrates Delta First Lady’s Impactful Life
The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP FCIA has felicitated with the First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, fondly known as “Mummy Delta”, as she marks her 56th birthday today, Thursday, February 5, 2026.
In a congratulatory message released through his Media Unit, the Udu Council Chairman extolled the virtues of the wife of the Delta State Governor, applauding her for her immense contributions to the wellbeing of Deltans, particularly the aged and other vulnerable groups across the state.
The Udu Council Boss, Oyibode specifically commended the First Lady’s humanitarian efforts through her You Matter Charity Foundation, noting that the initiative, founded on the principle that “everybody is somebody,” has continued to positively impact lives and restore hope to many families across Delta State.
According to him, the compassion, selflessness, and commitment displayed by Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori have further strengthened the social fabric of the state and complemented the developmental strides of the Oborevwori administration.
The Udu Council Chairman also praised the celebrant for her unshakeable support to her husband, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, in advancing the MORE Agenda of the Delta State Government, describing her as a dependable partner in governance and a source of moral and spiritual strength.
He described the First Lady as “a virtuous woman, a mother to all, and a woman of prayer whose humility and kindness continue to inspire many.”
