Udu Council Chairman Oyibode Felicitates With Residents, Governor Oborevwori At Christmas.

The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP FCIA, has extended warm Christmas greetings to the people of Udu LGA, the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, and all residents in Udu Kingdom, calling for continued unity, peace, and support for developmental progress.

In his Christmas message released on Thursday, Oyibode said the season offers another opportunity for reflection, thanksgiving, and renewed determination to promote love and harmony among all communities in Udu and beyond.
He noted that Christmas symbolizes sacrifice and compassion, urging residents to demonstrate these virtues as they celebrate with family and neighbours.

“On behalf of my family and the Udu Local Government Council, I extend heartfelt Christmas greetings to the good people of Udu, our amiable Executive Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, and every resident of Delta State,” Oyibode stated.
“This festive season reminds us of the importance of unity and the need to show love to one another, especially the less privileged. Let us use this moment to strengthen bonds, forgive where necessary, and work together for the peace and development of Udu.”

The Council Chairman appreciated the people of Udu for their unflinching support towards his administration, reiterating his commitment to advancing infrastructural development, environmental sanitation, youth empowerment, and enhanced community relations in the coming year.

The Udu Council Boss, Oyibode also commended Governor Oborevwori for his steadfast leadership and the implementation of the MORE Agenda, which he described as a roadmap guiding sustainable growth across Delta State.

“The vision of our Governor continues to inspire hope and progress. As we celebrate Christmas, let us all resolve to contribute in our respective ways to the development of Udu and Delta State at large,” he added.

He concluded by wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year filled with good health, divine blessings, and renewed commitment to community development.
