UPU National Publicity Secretary, Taiga Celebrates Oyibode On His OAU Professorial Honour.

The National Publicity Secretary of the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) Worldwide, Dr. Kehinde Prince Taiga, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun (Hon.) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP, FCIA, on his conferment as Professor in Practice (Local Government Administration) by the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife.
