Dr. Oritsegbegbemi Maurice Ojoede, Executive Assistant on Political to the Delta State Governor and Founder of OMO Foundation, has extended heartfelt congratulations to former Delta State Governor, His Excellency Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, CON, on the momentous occasion of his 71st birthday.
